Unique, personalized facilities that cater to all levels of ability

We want everyone to feel comfortable, not intimidated. We are supportive if you can lift only 5 pounds or if your goal is to lift 300 pounds. If you are unable to lift any extra weight that’s fine too. You can do so much with your body weight! We are here to help you get to your goals and stay motivated.

SECTION ONE
This areas is for classes and stretching. We have a variety of equipment that can be used in any section of our gym.

SECTION TWO
This area gives members access to machines that are intended for cardio workouts.

SECTION THREE
This is where members will find free weights and strength training equipment. 

  • Dumbbells range 5 -120 pounds

  • Free weight squat/bench/deadlift equipment

  • Hanging Rope

  • Salmon Ladder

  • Gymnastics Rings

  • Suspension Trainer
