Classes for all ages, all abilities, and all bodies!

Here at Tiger, we address each of your needs with a variety of classes that target all areas of the body. HIIT classes, or High Intensity Interval Training, emphasizes maintaining a raised heart rate by engaging in intervals of bursts of exercise followed by brief periods of rest. BLT stands for butt, legs, and thighs. Individual classes are just $10 each, while $80 will get you an entire month of unlimited classes plus full use of the facility!
